“Mario González Navarro” Agricultural Technical High School Number 5. Intertwining Good Deeds
The “Mario González” high school received an invaluable donation that will have a positive impact on its students and the inhabitants of the surrounding communities: a water purification machine. This initiative arose from the collaboration between Manos Ocupadas Con Causa and Water Saves Lives, with the objective of improving the living conditions of the inhabitants of this region.
The water purifier donated to the high school has the capacity to purify 2,500 liters of water per day, thus guaranteeing access to the greatest number of people.
In addition to directly benefiting students, it will also have a positive impact on the entire community. Many families in the area lack access to potable water and are forced to consume water of dubious quality that puts their health at risk. With the installation of this water treatment plant, clean water will be provided free of charge.
This initiative is a clear example of how collaboration between the private sector and social organizations can have a positive impact on the most vulnerable communities. Through its donation, Manos Ocupadas Con Causa has demonstrated its commitment to the wellbeing of the population, and we are very grateful, as this will undoubtedly bring many benefits in the long term. Juan Barrera, Coordinator of Complementary Educational Services shares with us

"It will greatly benefit our students, we have 787, and the parents, because they can come and fill their water jugs, this is for the community".
We hope that this example will inspire other companies and organizations to continue supporting initiatives that seek to improve the living conditions of the communities most in need. This has been an important step in the right direction and we are confident that its impact will be lasting and significant.
