St. Nicholas De Bari Parish. Unwavering Support And Commitment
In every corner of the world there are vulnerable communities that struggle daily against adversity. However, thanks to the work of various organizations, these communities find support and hope in difficult times, an example of which is the parish of St. Nicholas.
The parish is located in a neighborhood marked by poverty rates, but despite this, the parish staff and parishioners strongly believe in the importance of providing support to those living in disadvantaged conditions. Not only are they dedicated to providing religious services, but they have also established assistance programs that directly benefit the community.
One of the parish's most emblematic projects in the wake of Hurricane Otis is the delivery of food, clothing and water. Aware that many of the residents struggle to obtain the basics of life, the parish provides non-perishable food packages, clothing and now drinking water free of charge. It is also collaborating with other agencies to ensure a regular supply until the emergency passes.
Through Water Saves Lives and with the support of the members of the 88th Generation of the German School Alexander Von Humboldt, water purification equipment has been donated, giving them the opportunity to have a better quality of life.

This work reminds us of the importance of solidarity and invites us to reflect on the transformative power of empathy when put into action.
Our most sincere thanks to the members of the 88th Generation of the German School Alexander Von Humboldt for making this possible. .
